Warranty extension

You have purchased a starmix Anniversary Series appliance that qualifies for an extended warranty.

Please fill out the following form completely to receive the extended warranty. Registration is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase. The extended warranty certificate will be sent to you by e-mail. Please keep it in a safe place, either digitally or printed out, so that you can show it in the event of a warranty claim.

Please note that the warranty extension can only be granted together with the certificate and the original proof of purchase.
